Shipping is FREE to all locations inside the continental United States.

Web site prices do not include shipping to locations outside the US.  If your order is to be shipped to another country, we will contact you with the final shipping costs for your approval by email, after you place your order.  No charges will be made to your credit card until we receive that approval.

If you receive a defective product, call 1-800-874-1273 for replacement instructions.  Warranty is limited to a replacement of defective merchandise.
